End rape in slum
MISSION
The heinous crime with the highest dark number in this world, rape. No one knows the exact number and there are still no effective solutions. Especially in slum areas, women still have no way to protect themselves. Regardless of gender, caste, wealth, or poverty, We will create a living infrastructure for everyone to live in peace.
WHY RAPE?
Rape is one of the most under-reported and lowest conviction rate violent. The large number of women are suffering from this crime all over the world. As an example, some reports say that 1 out of 3 women have been raped in South Africa, and more than 80 women per 100,000 are raped in Lesotho and Botswana, and approximately 80 women got raped every day in India.
How do we approach
this rape crime?
We work with local NGOs, experts, police and government officials, and women's communities in the slums to find the best sustainable solutions. We also work closely with universities and research institutes to verify the effectiveness of our methods, and have pursued the development of methods with real social impact since the early days of our establishment.
